My approach to counselling

As a qualified counsellor, hypnotherapist, and energy therapist, my approach blends grounded therapeutic techniques with deep emotional intuition. You’ll find sessions are:

Person-centred

You lead the pace and direction. I offer gentle guidance and reflective space.

Emotion-focused

Together we explore the feelings beneath your experiences, allowing you to process and release what you’ve been carrying.

Integrative

Where helpful, I may bring in supportive tools such as mindfulness, EFT (tapping), or grounding techniques to help you regulate during sessions.

Holistic

You are a whole person — mind, body, energy and emotions. Sessions honour every part of you.

How many sessions will I need?

Every person is different. Some clients come for short-term support during a stressful period, while others choose longer-term work for deeper healing and change. We can discuss what feels right for you after your first session.
